The Butler Avenue Condominium Homeowners Association is managed by its Board of Directors. Board members are elected by the general membership, which consists of all homeowners on record in Butler Avenue Condominium Association.

 

The administration of the Association’s business affairs, including weekly inspections, tax filings, and preparation of annual reports, is performed by Agave Management, Inc.
